In 1999, I served as police chief for Shoreline, Washington, one of our King County Return to Tiffany Heart tag ring Office contract cities. During an after-action review, we learned this horrific event may well have been avoided had this man been strictly managed and monitored with respect to his mental health and criminal history. The story does not end there, however.In the aftermath of this tragedy, many more police officers and deputies have lost their lives in Washington State at the hands of mentally ill criminals. A significant number of mentally ill offenders have also lost their lives in "suicide by cop" scenarios, leaving deep scars on the law enforcement professionals who tried Tiffany 1837 concave ring help them.
