We welcome papers on biological as well as social processes related to etiology, natural history, and prognosis; we take special interest in randomized controlled trials of group and community-level interventions. We also welcome informed discussion of the merits of managed care coverage for mental disorders. Finally, we urge submissions offering a non-US-based and global perspective on mental health.
